Iron is an essential mineral and should be part of your diet. Floravital contains a special form of Iron called Iron II Gluconate, which is easily absorbed by the body. It also contains B vitamins and Vitamin C; these vitamins promote growth and help maintain health and fitness. How to use
Shake the bottle before use.
Use the measuring cap provided.
Take 10ml twice daily, before morning and evening meals.
Children between 6-12 years: 10ml once daily.
Children between 1-5 years: 5ml once daily.
